Safety Recall

Empower Brands, LLC is conducting a voluntary recall in the United States only in partnership with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) because the Remington Hair Dryer D3190DCDN lacks an integrated immersion protection device, which can cause death or serious injury due to electrocution and shock hazard

In this recall we are offering consumers a full refund. The model number is printed on the rating plate for the unit, which is on the back of the handle of the unit. Only models bearing “REF: D3190DCDN” on the rating plate are eligible for this refund. Only persons living in the United States are eligible for this refund, this refund does not apply to D3190DCDN units owned by customers in Canada.
