  1. Can I return a product I received via the Auto Delivery program?

    Yes. Simply follow Remington's standard return policy found HERE.

  2. Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Simply log in to your account and click Auto Ship Manager in the left-hand column. Your Auto Delivery orders will be displayed on the screen, click the "Cancel Auto Delivery" link associated with the order you wish to cancel. Confirm your cancellation by clicking the "Yes, Cancel this Auto Delivery" button. You may also call Remington Consumer Service at 1.800.392.6544 and a representative will be able to assist you.

  3. Will I be notified before each order ships?

    Yes. One week before each Auto Delivery order is scheduled to ship you will receive an email notification. Links in that email will take you to your Auto Delivery Manager where you can Pause, Ship Immediately or Cancel your Auto Delivery permanently. You may also call Remington Consumer Service at 1.800.392.6544 and a representative will be able to assist you.

  4. How do I pause my order?

    Log in to your account and view your Auto Delivery Manager page available under "My Account". Click the "Edit Auto Delivery" link associated with the order you wish to pause. Change the Status drop down from "Active" to "On Hold" then confirm this change by clicking the "Update" button. Your order is now paused until you repeat the process changing the status to "Active". You may also call Remington Consumer Service at 1.800.392.6544 and a representative will be able to assist you.

  5. How do I change my credit card?

    Log in to your account and view your Auto Delivery Manager page available under "My Account". Click the "Update Credit Card" link associated with the order for which you wish to change the billing information. Enter your credit card information in the fields provided along with the credit card's billing address then confirm your change by clicking the "Update" button. You may also call Remington Consumer Service at 1.800.392.6544 and a representative will be able to assist you.

  6. Is there a shipping charge?

    All Auto Delivery orders are shipped via standard shipping. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $5.99 shipped to the continental US.

  7. How do I send my next shipment now?

    Log in to your account and view your Auto Delivery Manager page available under "My Account". Click the "Send Auto Delivery Now" link associated with the order for which you wish to have shipped to you immediately then confirm the immediate shipment of the order by clicking the "Send Next Auto Delivery Now" button. You may also call Remington Consumer Service at 1.800.392.6544 and a representative will be able to assist you.

  8. How do I change the quantity?

    Log in to your account and view your Auto Delivery Manager page available under "My Account". Click the "Edit Auto Delivery" link associated with the order for which you wish to change the quantity that is setup for Auto Delivery to you. Change the "Quantity for Auto Delivery" drop down menu to the desired quantity. Confirm this change by clicking the "Update" button. Your new quantity will be sent with your next scheduled shipment. You may also call Remington Consumer Service at 1.800.392.6544 and a representative will be able to assist you.

  9. How do I change the frequency each order ships?

    Log in to your account and view your Auto Delivery Manager page available under "My Account". Click the "Edit Auto Delivery" link associated with the order you wish to pause. Change the Status drop down from "Active" to "On Hold" then confirm this change by clicking the "Update" button. Your order is now paused until you repeat the process changing the status to "Active".   10. Will I always receive the same discount?

    The discount you receive on each Auto Delivery order will not change for as long as your Auto Delivery order is active.

  11. What happens if my Auto Delivery product is discontinued?

    If a product you have setup as Auto Delivery is discontinued you will be notified and your Auto Delivery will continue to ship at the same interval until we run out of stock at which time your Auto Delivery order with the discontinued product will be canceled.

  12. What happens if my Auto Delivery product is discontinued?

    The price you pay while enrolled in Auto Delivery will never change.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Auto Delivery ordering program ("Auto Delivery"). These Terms are between you and the Remington division of Spectrum Brands, Inc. ("Spectrum"), and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spectrum related to the Auto Delivery Program. Please note that your use of the RemingtonProducts.com website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Spectrumbrands.com and RemingtonProducts.com websites, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. If you place an order through Auto Delivery, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully. Auto Delivery is available in the United States only and is not available in U.S. Territories or APO's.

Auto Delivery Description

The first shipment of your Auto Delivery order will be processed when you sign up for Auto Delivery and place your order. Valid credit cards are the only payment method accepted for Auto Delivery purchases and any Remington Product gift certificates or eligible promotional codes or promotion code balance on your remingtonproducts.com customer account, will be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your credit card. You may not be able to combine Auto Delivery discounts and other promotions.

Auto Deliveries are available in monthly intervals from one month to three months. You select the frequency with which you want to receive each order and we'll automatically send out the orders on that schedule until you notify us of a change or cancellation. You may change the Auto Delivery Order frequency, item quantity, shipping address, payment method, and billing address associated with your Auto Delivery Order at any time online by following the options on your account page on this website (please allow 24 hours for the change to be processed). All future Auto Delivery Orders will be updated.

All Auto Delivery Orders receive a discount of a minimum of 10% up to 20% savings over the regular price of the item. Spectrum reserves the right to change the discount amount at any time in its sole discretion. An item receives the discount percentage as of the date the order or reorder is placed; if there are subsequent changes to the discount program, you will receive the new discount percentage on future orders.

All Auto Delivery Orders of $5.99 or more ship free to the continental U.S. using standard shipping. Auto Delivery Orders less than $5.99 will incur a shipping fee of $5.95 per item for shipment in the continental U.S. For Auto Delivery Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, a shipping charge of $15.95 will apply. Customers are liable for any applicable sales taxes. Auto Delivery Orders are not eligible for shipping upgrades. An estimated delivery range will appear on your customer account page when the order has been processed and you will receive an e-mail advance notification before the order ships. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time. Items are shipped to the address given to us by you when you placed the order; we are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail delivery.

You may cancel your Auto Delivery Order at any time on-line, 24 hours a day, by visiting your Auto Delivery account page and selecting cancel http://www.remingtonproducts.com/account.aspx or you may cancel by calling Customer Service at 1-800-392-6544 between the hours of 8am CST and 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday. A return of one shipment in your Auto Delivery program will NOT cancel the program. This means an item will be shipped to you in the next scheduled time period UNLESS you cancel the program as outlined above.

You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.

You must have a remingtonproducts.com account to register for Auto Delivery. Spectrum reserves the right to accept or refuse Auto Delivery Orders at its discretion. Your participation in the Auto Delivery Program is personal to you, and is not assignable or transferable to any third party. If any problems arise with your remingtonproducts.com account, the shipping address or payment method associated with your Auto Delivery Order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your Auto Delivery Order asking that you resolve the problem and reactivate your Auto Delivery Order by entering a new credit card in the Auto Delivery Manager found by logging into your account or calling 1-800-392-6544. Your Auto Delivery Order will be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved. Auto Delivery discounts and any Auto Delivery limited time special promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the Auto Delivery item information pages. Auto Delivery discounts and any Auto Delivery limited time special promotions apply only to item(s) sold on the remingtonproducts.com website and do not apply to the same item(s) sold by other sellers. All returns under the Auto Delivery are subject to the remingtonproducts.com Returns policy found at http://www.remingtonproducts.com/support/returns.aspx. A return of one shipment in your Auto Delivery program will NOT cancel the program. This means an item will be shipped to you in the next scheduled time period UNLESS you cancel the program as outlined above. Auto Delivery discounts are good while supplies last or until the Auto Delivery discount on a particular product is canceled. Auto Delivery Orders are void where prohibited.

Delivery and Shipping

If any Auto Delivery item is unavailable on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day for a 10-day period. If the product becomes available during that 10-day period, we will ship the item to you. If the item does not become available during that 10-day period, we will notify you that the order has been canceled. Future orders will not be affected, provided the Auto Delivery item becomes available, and will be delivered according to your selected schedule.

If any Auto Delivery item is discontinued or no longer available for any reason, we will automatically notify you of the cancellation your Auto Delivery Order or Auto Delivery Program for that item and no additional orders will be placed.

Fees

The total cost charged to your credit card for each Auto Delivery Order will be the cost of the item on the day the order is processed less the Auto Delivery discount, plus any applicable sales tax (and shipping fees of $5.95 per item for each item ordered that is less than $5.99 base price without applicable sales tax). Any remingtonproducts.com gift certificates or eligible promotional code will be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your credit card.

The charge for each Auto Delivery Order shipment will be billed to the credit card used to create your Auto Delivery Order or as otherwise directed by you. If the credit card becomes invalid at any time or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your Auto Delivery Order notifying you that the Auto Delivery Order is suspended until you payment information is updated. You may update your payment information by accessing your customer account page. Your Auto Delivery Order will remain suspended, no orders or shipments will be processed, until the information Is updated and you reactivate your Auto Delivery Order.

Your Auto Delivery Order will remain in effect until it is cancelled. If you cancel your Auto Delivery Order and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Auto Delivery Order will be the then-current discount available at the time your Auto Delivery Order is reactivated. If the Auto Delivery discount percentage for such Auto Delivery Order changes, then the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item. Special limited time Auto Delivery promotions only apply during their effective dates.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms and Conditions, the Spectrumbrands.com and/or the remingtonproducts.com Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Spectrumbrands.com or remingtonproducts.com websites, without notice.

Termination by Us

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your Auto Delivery Order at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

Limitation of Liability

IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS CONTAINED IN SPECTRUMBRANDS.COM'S OR REMINGTONPRODUCTS.COM'S TERMS OF USE, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR AUTO DELIVERY ORDER(S) OR PARTICIPATION IN THE AUTO DELIVERY PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ALL AUTO DELIVERY ORDER PAYMENTS ACTUALLY MADE BY YOU DURING THE COURSE OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE AUTO DELIVERY PROGRAM. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE ANY CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR AUTO DELIVERY ORDERS OR PARTICIPATION IN THE AUTO DELIVERY PROGRAM. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF ANY PROVISION HEREOF IS FOUND TO BE INVALID, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF ANY OTHER PROVISION HEREOF.
